I love this guy

I hate it when transgender people get shit because “You’re a girl! Stop trying to be like a boy(or the other way around)! That’s not who you are!”. My mom spouts that shit at me all the time when the subject comes up.

I just wish that one day everyone will just accept others for who they are as a person instead of judging them for what their gender/sexual preferences are. But that will take a looooong time…. (he is attractive though, i will give the anon that)

Most of what should be said has been said, but I want to add an observation:

A lot of these people feel they need to qualify themselves with “I do community service” blah blah; I mean. Shit. This guy? This guy is a better person than I’ll ever be. Do you see how inherently GOOD he is? (I know of one other transguy…and he’s like, crazy fucken amazing TOO. Vegan and feminist and actively activistic for all the good things. Just a GOOD PERSON. He’s also what made me think of this because well…)
And in the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t even matter.

A transguy can sit on his damn computer all day watching cat videos and nobody has the right to judge him. (That’s what I do, and nobody seems to judge me too harshly. Except maybe my parents, but I don’t think it’s really a good/evil character judgement.)

They feel the need to prove what good people they are for the same reason girls who play video games feel the need to be THE BEST at video games. Because if we don’t prove we’re BETTER than other people (at the same things), they won’t see us as EQUAL.
Maybe a transguy cusses a lot, maybe that girl has more losses than wins in Soul Calibur, and there are people that seem to think that those failings prove that OH TRANSFOLK AND GIRL GAMERS CAN’T BE AS GOOD AS THE STATUS QUO (presumably because they are normal human beings with normal flaws).

And that’s some fucked up shit right there.
